Bill Griffith

Bill started attending faires in 1990, with his first being the Maryland Renaissance Faire.  He purchased his first costume that day and it has been all down hill and moving higher in station ever since that point.  He started working in at renaissance faires in 1998 for the Old Virginia Renaissance faire as part of the Revelers Guilde as "Peregrene the Dirtfarmer" and carried that character over to the new VARF and the North Carolina Renaissance Faire that he has been participating in since 1999.

NCRF gave him the opportunity to play the host noble, the Earl of Westmorland, one year and he has since moved completely to the dark side, joining the Guilde of St. George - VA and enjoying every minute of it.  He has also corrupted his wife Melinda "Mad Maggie" Griffith and got her dressing in pretties also.

In the mundane world, Bill works as a geologist/geotechnical engineer for an engineering/environmental firm.  He designs costumes as a hobby and is in the process of writing a fantasy novel, and probably will be in that process for a long long time.
