Bobby HullIn real life, Robert Hull is a single computer specialist for the Department of the Navy. Bobby has always been interested in history as long as he can remember. So much so that when it came time to go to college, there wasn't any doubt what he would major in. He graduated from college with an American Studies/History degree. This degree allowed Bobby to understand why things were done in history, not just memorize dates and events. Bobby got started in 16th Century reenactment when a friend of his told him about the Virginia Renaissance Faire in 1996. Bobby ended up working at the faire for the full 4 years it was open. Reenacting allows Bobby to educate people about history, while at the same time be entertaining. He has found most people find history boring and old -- Just a bunch of dates to memorize. Doing this allows him to show that there is more to history than that and people weren't much different from their modern counterparts. They had the same desires, hopes, dreams, fears, and requirements to make it from day to day. We make history come alive like magic. This site best viewed at 1024 x 768. Last updated:
