Kristyn SivartKristyn grew up in a small town in Western New York and attended college there, earning a degree in Language and Psychology. She also attended nursing school and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She always enjoyed theatre, and participated in several productions in high school, college, and in the community in capacities ranging from prop master, to lighting, to make up coordinator, to stage manager, to actor. She had attended one or two Renaissance Faires when she met her husband, Travis, and her interest in the medieval and Renaissance periods had been piqued. She and Travis have traveled up and down the East Coast attending Faires from Florida to New York. She sees portraying Elizabeth Cornwallis, Lady Kytson as a way to blend her love of the theatre with her love of the era. Kristyn is a mother of three and a geriatric nurse. She can’t
imagine any more important or rewarding jobs, and she loves every minute
of it. Her children have inherited her enjoyment of history and the
Renaissance. “Re-enacting is not only incredibly enjoyable, it
has offered my family a bond of mutual interest that has brought us
closer together. The kids are learning quite a bit from it, and they
are having fun. That is the most important thing.” This site best viewed at 1024 x 768. Last updated:
