William Woods

Having begun my times in Virginia in Tech Support, William started getting into Renaissance Faires through the Virginia Renaissance Faire. His first year was as a member of the security team, but the allure was too great and when he came back the second year, he joined to portray the Royal Chef. Unfortunately, he was unable to continue with the Virginia Faire but he was able to join the Greater Pittsburgh Renaissance Faire for one year as the gravedigger.

During this time William has completed his college degree in Culinary Arts and has begun work towards his degree in Pastry Arts. William plans to continue with his education in foods to help him understand more about the period foods that were available during Elizabeth’s reign.
